Brooks Hunnicutt is a powerful alto singer with a huge range. She is also an adept percussionist. Brooks has been performing since childhood and honed her blues skills for nine years in a Baptist gospel church in Watts in Los Angeles.
She sang professionally in Los Angeles in the studio, in her own bands, on tour all over the world and has worked with many artists including such greats as Rod Stewart, Al Wilson, Bobby Womack, Ringo Starr, Stephen Stills, Kenny Rogers, Cold Blood, John Prine, the Temptations, Molly Hatchet and many more.
